Bangkok
Bangkok was founded in 1782 by the first monarch of the present Chakri dynasty. Now it is the land of the spiritual, cultural, diplomatic, commercial and educational hub. It has an area of more than 1,500 square kilometers and is homing to approximately 10 million people or more than 10% of the country's population.
In recent decades the capital of Thailand. Bangkok has become a modern, exciting and sophisticated. It offers visitors not only the cosmopolitan amenities they expect from other big cities, but also a wealth of unique cultural attractions.
